About Me

The mind/body connection was something I discovered through a bit of desperate searching as I was having my own health struggles.  Eating healthy and consistent exercise were game changers for me.

Massage therapy (as a client) was a natural next step, both as a treatment to soothe my worked out muscles and as a way to further calm my racing mind.  It was effective, and I wanted to learn how to do it so I could help others.

After attending the Sacred Roots Massage School of Montana, I was then licensed through the State of Montana.  I've been working with clients ever since, each with their own life circumstances with the resulting stress and aches and pains.  It has been a pleasure creating a positive impact on my clients' health as I become a support person in their journey of wellness.

Many people really enjoy a light touch, and are hoping for a session that will allow them to completely relax.  Swedish massage is wonderful for this.  Many other people are trying to resolve specific pains.  A very common complaint is pain in the neck and between the shoulder blades, especially for people working long hours at a desk hunched over a computer.  Deep tissue/combo massage can be a therapeutic tool in their arsenal of recovery.

Whatever your goals and aims are for your massage session, my aim is to listen carefully and help you along your path to feeling better.
